  • Power Input (L, N): Connect your AC power supply (AC110-240V, 50/60Hz) to the 'L' (Live) and 'N' (Neutral) terminals.
  • Motor Connections: Connect the motor windings and capacitor according to the diagram on the unit. Typically, two terminals are for the motor windings and two for the capacitor. Ensure correct phasing for motor direction.
  • Control Signals (K1, K2, 0V, S): These terminals are for external control. 'K1' and 'K2' are typically used for forward/reverse commands, '0V' is the common ground, and 'S' may be for speed feedback or an external speed control signal. Consult your motor and system requirements for specific connections.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

After ensuring all connections are correct and secure, apply power to the controller. The digital display will illuminate.

5.2 Speed Adjustment

Rotate the 'SPEED CONTROL' knob on the front panel to adjust the motor's speed. The digital display will show the current speed setting or actual speed, depending on the mode.

5.3 Direction Control

  • Press the 'FWD' button to initiate forward rotation of the motor.
  • Press the 'REV' button to initiate reverse rotation of the motor.

5.4 Stop Function

Press the 'STOP' button to halt the motor's operation.

5.5 Mode Selection

Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through different operating modes or display parameters. Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to adjust settings within a selected mode, and 'ENTER' to confirm.

6. Maintenance

  • Keep the controller clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Regularly inspect wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
  • Ensure ventilation openings are not obstructed.
  • Do not attempt to open the casing or repair the internal components. Refer servicing to qualified technicians.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Power/Display Off: Check power supply connections (L, N) and ensure the power source is active. Verify input voltage.
  • Motor Not Running: Ensure the motor is properly connected to the controller. Check motor windings and capacitor connections. Verify that a direction (FWD/REV) has been selected and the speed knob is not at minimum.
  • Incorrect Speed: Adjust the speed control knob. If the issue persists, check motor specifications and ensure they are compatible with the controller's output.
  • Motor Runs in Wrong Direction: If the motor direction is incorrect when FWD/REV is selected, check the motor wiring or adjust settings if available in advanced modes.
  • Overload/Overheating: Disconnect power immediately. Check if the motor load exceeds the controller's maximum capacity (400W, 3A). Ensure proper ventilation.
