Setup Guide

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using a compatible cable. The LED display on the charging case will indicate the battery level. Ensure both earbuds are placed correctly in their respective slots within the case for charging.

2. Initial Pairing

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "BK01" (or similar name) from the list.
4. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

For subsequent connections, simply open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device thanks to Hall technology.

Wearing the Earbuds

Maintenance and Care

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

Only one earbud working:

• Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out together.

Low volume or poor sound quality:

• Adjust the volume on both your device and using the earbud touch controls.

• Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
• Try a different charging cable or power source.
