Cleaning and Replacing Filters

The vacuum features a 7-layer filtration system with an H12-level HEPA filter. This system captures 99.99% of dust particles down to 0.1 microns.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and the dust cup is removed.
  2. Remove the HEPA filter and other filter components from the dust cup.
  3. Tap the filters gently to remove loose dust. You can rinse washable components under cold water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
  4. It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter every 1 to 3 months, depending on usage, to maintain optimal filtration and suction power.

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Vacuum does not turn on.Battery is not charged or not properly installed.Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted into the main unit.
Low suction power.Dust cup is full, filters are clogged, or brush roll is tangled.Empty the dust cup. Clean or replace the HEPA filters. Remove any tangled hair or debris from the brush roll. Check for blockages in the tube or attachments.
Short battery runtime.Using Max mode frequently, battery not fully charged, or battery degradation.Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Use Eco or Auto mode for longer runtime. If battery life significantly decreases, consider replacing the battery.
Unusual noise during operation.Obstruction in the brush roll or air path, or a damaged component.Turn off the vacuum and check the brush roll, tube, and attachments for any foreign objects. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
Vacuum pushes debris instead of picking it up.Brush roll is dirty or worn, or suction is too low.Clean the brush roll thoroughly. Increase suction power to Max mode for stubborn debris.
