3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective film from the oven and accessories.
- Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
3.2 Placement
- Place the oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space on all sides of the oven for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the oven near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
3.3 Initial Cleaning and Burn-in
- Wash all removable accessories (baking pan, air fry basket, racks, crumb tray) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
- Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal. Ensure good ventilation during this process.
- Allow the oven to cool completely before using.

4.1 General Operation
- Power On/Off: Plug the oven into a suitable power outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Function Selection: Turn the FUNC. knob to cycle through the 10 preset cooking functions (Air Fry, Toast, Pizza, Bagel, Dehydrate, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, Warm).
- Temperature/Darkness Adjustment: Turn the TEMP DARKNESS knob to adjust the temperature for selected functions or toast darkness level.
- Time/Slice/Inch Adjustment: Turn the TIME SLICE/INCH knob to set the cooking time, number of toast slices, or pizza size.
- Start/Pause: Press the START/PAUSE button to begin or pause cooking. Hold for 3 seconds to cancel the current operation.
- Light: Press the LIGHT button to turn the interior light on or off.
- Convection: Press the CONV. button to activate or deactivate the convection fan for functions that support it.

Select the desired function using the FUNC. knob, then adjust time/temperature as needed before pressing START/PAUSE.
