  • No Display on TV:
    • Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the game stick and the TV.
    • Verify that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input source.
    • Check if the game stick is receiving power. The power cable should be firmly plugged into a USB port on the TV or a compatible power adapter.
  • Controllers Not Responding:
    • Make sure fresh AAA batteries are correctly installed in both controllers.
    • Ensure the power switch on each controller is turned 'ON'.
    • Verify that the USB wireless receiver is securely plugged into the game stick's USB port.
    • Try re-pairing the controllers by turning them off and on again, ensuring they are close to the game stick.
  • Game Not Loading or Freezing:
    • Ensure the TF card is properly inserted into the game stick.
    • Try restarting the game stick by unplugging and replugging the power cable.
    • If a specific game consistently freezes, it might be corrupted. Try selecting a different game.
