6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, please review the following common issues and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Refrigerator does not operate. | No power; circuit breaker tripped; unit unplugged. | Check power supply, circuit breaker, and plug connection. |
| Temperature is not cold enough. | Temperature setting too high; door opened frequently; unit overloaded; poor ventilation. | Adjust temperature setting lower; minimize door openings; do not overload; ensure proper clearance. |
| Excessive noise. | Unit not level; components vibrating; fan obstruction. | Adjust leveling feet; ensure no items are touching the back or sides; check for obstructions around the fan. |
| Door is hard to open. | Vacuum seal after closing. | Wait a few moments for pressure to equalize before attempting to open again. This is normal. |
| Condensation or water inside. | High humidity; door not sealed properly; frequent door openings. | Ensure door gasket is clean and sealing tightly; minimize door openings. The automatic defrost system should manage most condensation. |
