5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Belt

Before first use, fully charge the heat belt. Connect the charging adapter to the belt's charging port and plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the remote will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

5.2 Wearing the Belt

Wrap the belt around the desired area (e.g., lower back, abdomen). Secure it using the Velcro fasteners. If needed, attach the extension part to achieve a comfortable and snug fit. Ensure the belt is not too tight to restrict circulation.

Use the wired remote control to operate the heat belt.

6.1 Power On/Off

• Press the Power button (red circle with line) on the remote to turn the device on.
• Press and hold the Power button again to turn the device off.

6.2 Heat Function

• Press the Heat button (red wavy lines) to activate the heating function.
• Press again to cycle through the two heat levels (low, high).
• Press a third time to turn off the heat function.

6.3 Vibration Massage

• Press the Vibration Mode button (green circle with waves) to select one of the three massage modes (Pulse, Continuous, Wave).
• Press the Vibration Intensity button (green circle with plus/minus) to adjust the intensity level (low, high).

6.4 Automatic Shut-Off

For safety and energy conservation, the device is equipped with a 30-minute automatic shut-off timer. The belt will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of continuous operation. You can restart the device if further use is desired.
