Safety Information

• Age Range: Suitable for children aged 6-12 years.
• Weight Capacity: Maximum 110 lbs (50 kg).
• Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Protective Gear: Always wear a helmet and other protective gear (e.g., knee and elbow pads) when operating the go-kart.
• Operating Environment: Use on flat, dry surfaces away from traffic, pools, or other hazards. Avoid slopes, uneven terrain, and wet conditions.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your go-kart. Refer to the provided video for visual guidance.

1. Step 1: Prepare the Chassis
   Unpack all components. Place the main chassis upside down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Remove any packaging ties securing the frame components.
2. Step 2: Attach Front Axle Supports
   Secure the front axle supports to the main chassis using the provided pins and fasteners. Ensure they are firmly in place.
3. Step 3: Install Steering Column
   Insert the steering column into its designated slot on the front of the chassis. Secure it with the appropriate screws.
4. Step 4: Mount Front Body Panel
   Attach the front body panel to the chassis, aligning it with the steering column. Fasten it with screws.
5. Step 5: Connect Steering Rod
   Connect the steering rod from the steering column to the front wheel assembly points. Ensure free movement.
6. Step 6: Install Steering Wheel
   Connect the wiring from the steering column to the steering wheel. Carefully attach the steering wheel to the steering column, ensuring all connections are secure and the wheel is centered.
7. Step 7: Prepare Rear Axle
   Insert the rear axle through the designated openings at the back of the chassis.
8. Step 8: Attach Rear Wheels
   Slide the rear wheels onto the axle. Secure them with washers and nuts. Attach the decorative wheel covers.
9. Step 9: Attach Front Wheels
   Slide the front wheels onto their respective axles. Secure them with washers and nuts. Attach the decorative wheel covers.
10. Step 10: Install Seat
    Place the seat onto the chassis. Secure it with screws. Ensure the seat belt is accessible and functional.
11. Step 11: Connect Battery
    Locate the battery compartment. Connect the battery terminals (red to red, black to black). Ensure connections are tight.
12. Step 12: Attach Rear Spoiler
    Attach the rear spoiler to the back of the go-kart using the provided screws.

Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the controls before operating the go-kart.

• Power On/Off: Use the main power button to turn the go-kart on or off.
• Speed Modes: The go-kart features 4 speed modes (Sport-High/Low, Drift-High/Low) with a range of 4 to 8.5 MPH. Select the appropriate speed mode based on the rider's skill level and operating environment.
• Accelerator Pedal: Press the foot pedal to accelerate. Release to slow down.
• Braking: The go-kart uses an electronic braking system. Releasing the accelerator pedal will initiate braking.
• Drift Mode: Engage drift mode for an enhanced driving experience. This mode allows for controlled slides.
• LED Lights: The go-kart is equipped with LED lights and brake lights for a realistic experience and improved visibility.
• Music Functionality: Connect via Bluetooth, USB, or FM radio to play music while driving.

Maintenance

• Battery Charging: Recharge the battery after each use. If not used regularly, charge it at least once a month to maintain battery health. Do not allow the battery to drain completely.
• Cleaning: Wipe the go-kart with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.
• Storage: Store the go-kart in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Tire Inspection: Regularly check the PP foam tires for wear and tear. These tires do not require inflation and are designed for durability.
• General Inspection: Periodically check all screws, nuts, and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Inspect the frame and body for any damage.

Troubleshooting

Go-Kart Not Moving (Forward/Reverse Button Issue)

If the go-kart does not move forward or backward, and you suspect an issue with the forward/reverse button, follow these steps to test the circuit:

1. Lift the corresponding button cover.
2. Disconnect the wire that transmits the reverse signal. There is a spring clip in the middle; press it to easily remove the wire.
3. With the go-kart powered on, touch the middle wire and press the foot pedal.
4. If the go-kart moves forward, the circuit is functioning correctly.
5. Similarly, you can test the reverse circuit.
6. If the circuit is fine but the go-kart still doesn't work, the control button may need to be replaced. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Receiver Replacement

If detaching the switch doesn't solve the issue, the receiver may need to be replaced. The receiver is located at the bottom of the go-kart.

1. First, remove the four outer shell screws securing the receiver cover.
2. Carefully remove the solid glue without damaging the wires.
3. Disconnect the wires on both sides of the receiver.
4. Unscrew the two screws that secure the receiver and remove it.
5. Install the new receiver and reconnect the wires to their original positions.
6. Secure the receiver with its screws and replace the cover.
