If the go-kart does not move forward or backward, and you suspect an issue with the forward/reverse button, follow these steps to test the circuit:

- Disconnect the wire that transmits the reverse signal. There is a spring clip in the middle; press it to easily remove the wire.
- With the go-kart powered on, touch the middle wire and press the foot pedal.
- If the go-kart moves forward, the circuit is functioning correctly.
- Similarly, you can test the reverse circuit.
- If the circuit is fine but the go-kart still doesn't work, the control button may need to be replaced. Please contact customer service for assistance.
