Setup

Charging the Keyboard

The Keychron B1 Pro is equipped with a long-lasting battery, offering up to 1200 hours of usage. To charge the keyboard, connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The charging indicator light will provide feedback on the battery status.

Connectivity Modes

The B1 Pro supports three primary connection modes: 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.2, and wired USB Type-C. Use the physical switch located on the side of the keyboard to select your desired mode.

2.4GHz Wireless Connection

  1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver included in the package.
  2. Plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Slide the mode switch on the keyboard to the '2.4G' position.
  4. The keyboard should automatically connect to your device.

Bluetooth Connection

The B1 Pro can connect to up to three Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

  1. Slide the mode switch on the keyboard to the 'BT' position.
  2. On your device (phone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  3. Select 'Keychron B1 Pro' from the list of available devices.
  4. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
  5. To switch between paired Bluetooth devices, press the 'Fn' key along with '1', '2', or '3' (corresponding to the Bluetooth channels).

Wired Connection

  1. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB port on your computer.
  3. Slide the mode switch on the keyboard to the 'Cable' position.
  4. The keyboard will function as a wired device and charge simultaneously.

Device Compatibility

The Keychron B1 Pro is designed to be compatible with both Mac and Windows operating systems. Use the dedicated OS switch on the side of the keyboard to select the appropriate layout for your system. This ensures optimal key mapping and functionality.
