Setup

Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your HydraBLAST 2.0 speaker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port, located under the protective flap on the side. Connect the other end to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides up to 20 hours of continuous playtime.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the speaker's control panel until you hear an audible tone and the LED indicator begins to flash, indicating pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth: On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
3. Select Speaker: Look for "HydraBLAST 2.0" in the list of available devices and select it to pair.
4. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will change to a solid color.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Functions

• Power Button: Press and hold to turn the speaker On/Off.
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press for next track.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press for previous track.
• Voice Assistant/Call Button: Press to answer/end calls or activate your device's voice assistant.
• LED Light Modes Button: Press to cycle through 11 different multi-color LED lighting modes.
• Party Sync Button: Press to initiate Party Sync mode, allowing connection with up to 100 compatible Altec Lansing speakers.

Wireless Phone Charging (Qi)

The HydraBLAST 2.0 features a Qi wireless charging pad on its top surface. Simply place your Qi-compatible smartphone on the designated charging area to begin charging. Ensure the speaker is powered on for this feature to work.

Party Sync Feature

Amplify your audio experience by connecting multiple HydraBLAST 2.0 speakers (or other compatible Altec Lansing speakers) using the Party Sync feature. Press the Party Sync button on each speaker you wish to connect. The speakers will automatically link, playing audio simultaneously for a larger, more immersive soundstage.

Mounting Options

The HydraBLAST 2.0 offers multiple ways to mount and position your speaker:

• Magnetic Mount: Built-in magnets on the bottom allow you to easily attach the speaker to any metal surface, such as a refrigerator or a metal beam.
• Carabiner Clip: Use the included carabiner clip with the integrated loop on the speaker for hanging it from backpacks, tents, or other secure points.
• Tripod/Handlebar Mount: The speaker features a standard 1/4" screw mount on the bottom, compatible with most tripods, GoPro accessories, and the included handlebar mount for bicycles or ATVs.

Water and Durability

The HydraBLAST 2.0 is built to withstand the elements:
