  • Charging: Use the original USB cable for charging. Avoid using USB PD power adapters or cables that do not meet the recommended charging current of 5V1A.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Scanner not connecting:
    • Ensure the scanner is fully charged.
    • Verify the correct connection mode (2.4G, Bluetooth, or USB) is selected and properly configured.
    • For Bluetooth, ensure your host device's Bluetooth is enabled and the scanner is paired.
    • For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB dongle is securely inserted into your device.
  • Scanner not reading barcodes:
    • Ensure the barcode is clean, clear, and not excessively damaged or blurred.
    • Adjust the distance and angle between the scanner and the barcode.
    • Check if the scanner's lens is clean and free from obstructions.
    • Confirm the barcode type is supported by the scanner (1D/2D QR codes).
  • Short battery life:
    • Ensure the scanner is fully charged before use.
    • Verify that the charging cable and adapter meet the recommended specifications (5V1A).
    • The automatic shutdown feature helps conserve power; ensure it is enabled if prolonged standby is needed.
  • Incorrect characters after scanning (e.g., French keyboard issue):
    • If your host device uses a non-English keyboard layout, you may need to scan a specific configuration barcode from the full user manual to adjust the scanner's output to match your keyboard layout (e.g., French, German). Refer to the comprehensive manual for language-specific setup barcodes.
