2. Assembly Instructions

2.1 Packing List

Before starting assembly, ensure all components are present:

• 2 Shelves (Top and Bottom)
• 4 Beams (Legs)
• 4 Wheels (5 inches, 2 swivel, 2 fixed)
• 16 Nuts
• 16 Bolts
• 16 Washers
• 12 Screws
• 1 Wrench
• 1 Metal Rod

2.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Attach Beams to Top Shelf:

   Align the clips on the beams with the corresponding slots on the top shelf. Insert the beams into the clips one by one. Ensure they are securely seated.

   Use the provided screws to secure the beams to the top shelf. There are three screw ports on each beam. Tighten them with a screwdriver.

2. Insert Metal Rod:

   Take the metal rod and insert it diagonally into the carabiner slot on the top shelf. Push it up to the very top to secure it.

3. Attach Bottom Shelf:

   Carefully insert the bottom shelf into the beams. Hold each beam in place by hand and slowly guide the bottom shelf into position until it clicks securely.
4. Install Wheels:

   Place the wheels into the bolt ports corresponding to the bottom brackets. Ensure the two swivel wheels are placed at one end for easier steering, and the two fixed wheels at the other end for stability.

   Prepare the bolts, nuts, and washers. Fix the bolts by hand first, then place a washer and nut onto each bolt. Securely tighten all nuts with the provided wrench.
