Video: Installation guide for the FORIOUS Kitchen Faucet and Water Filter Faucet Combo. This video demonstrates the step-by-step process of installing both faucets, including securing them to the countertop, connecting hoses, and attaching the sprayer weight.
- Prepare the Countertop: Ensure the countertop is clean and dry. If using the deck plate for a 3-hole sink, place it over the holes. For a single-hole installation, the deck plate is optional.
- Insert Kitchen Faucet: Insert the main kitchen faucet into the center hole of the countertop (or the single hole).
- Secure Kitchen Faucet: From underneath the countertop, locate the steel gasket, rubber gasket, and fixed nut. Slide them onto the faucet shank in the correct order (rubber gasket first, then steel gasket, then fixed nut). Screw the nut and tighten it securely to hold the faucet in place.
- Connect Sprayer Hose: Guide the pull-down sprayer hose through the faucet body and connect it to the fast-connect fitting located underneath the sink. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Install Sprayer Weight: Clasp the provided weight onto the sprayer hose at the designated label position. This ensures the sprayer retracts smoothly.
- Connect Water Supply Lines: Connect the hot and cold water supply hoses (pre-attached to the kitchen faucet) to your angle valves. If the size is too small, use the adapter provided in the package.
- Install Water Filter Faucet: Insert the water filter faucet into its designated hole. Secure it from underneath the countertop using the provided hardware.
- Connect Water Filter Faucet: Connect the water filter faucet hose to your under-counter purification or filtration system (not included) using the appropriate quick connector size (1/4" or 3/8").
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as needed.
Operating Instructions

The 18-inch retractable hose and 360° rotating sprayer ensure efficient coverage of your sink.
The pull-down sprayer offers Stream, Spray, and Pause modes for versatile use.
Water Filter Faucet
The dedicated drinking water faucet provides purified water when connected to a compatible under-counter Reverse Osmosis or filtration system (not included). Simply turn the handle to activate the flow of filtered water.
The water filter faucet provides convenient access to filtered water for various uses.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- Sprayer Nozzles: The rubber nozzles on the sprayer head can be wiped clean to prevent mineral buildup and ensure a steady flow of water.
- Check Connections: Periodically check all water connections for tightness to prevent leaks.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low Water Flow | Mineral buildup in sprayer nozzles or aerator. | Clean rubber nozzles on sprayer head. Unscrew and clean aerator if necessary. |
| Leaks from Faucet Base | Loose mounting nut or damaged gasket. | Tighten mounting nut underneath the sink. Check and replace gaskets if damaged. |
| Sprayer Not Retracting | Sprayer hose weight is improperly positioned or obstructed. | Ensure the weight is securely clasped to the labeled position on the hose and that the hose path is clear of obstructions. |
| Water Temperature Issues | Incorrect hot/cold water supply connection or issue with water heater. | Verify hot and cold supply lines are correctly connected. Check water heater settings. |
