2. Important Safety Instructions

- Install the Auger: Place the auger firmly into the bottom of the juicing bowl.
- Attach the Feed Chute: Open the top cover of the feed chute assembly. Align the feed chute with the juicing bowl and press down until it locks into place. Ensure the lock on the bottom of the handle clicks into the groove.
- Secure the Top Cover: Close the top cover firmly. The juicer has a safety sensor and will not operate if the cover is not fully closed.
- Position Containers: Place the juice cup under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
The Fretta juicer is designed for ease of use and high juice yield.
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. The 4.25-inch large feed chute allows for whole fruits like apples or large pieces of vegetables, reducing prep time.
- Power On: Plug the juicer into a power outlet. Turn the control dial to the 'ON' position.
- Begin Juicing: Slowly feed ingredients into the large feed chute. The self-feeding design will guide them through the auger.
- Observe Juice and Pulp: Fresh juice will flow from the juice outlet into the juice cup, and dry pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. The simple one-piece design facilitates quick cleaning.
- Disassemble: Unplug the juicer. Disassemble all parts in reverse order of assembly: remove the top cover, then the feed chute assembly, then the auger and juicing bowl from the motor base.
- Deep Cleaning: Open the sealing plug at the bottom of the juicing bowl to remove any residual pulp. Rinse all detachable parts under running water. Use the provided specialized brush to clean the filter basket and other components thoroughly.
- Drying: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
Note: The juicer is not dishwasher safe.
