1. Product Overview
The LIGE EF5 Smartwatch is designed for men, offering a range of features including Bluetooth calling, a flashlight, and comprehensive fitness and health monitoring. It features a 1.43-inch HD AMOLED display and is built for durability, suitable for daily use and various activities.

2. Initial Setup
2.1 Charging the Smartwatch
Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

2.2 App Installation and Pairing
- Download the App: Scan the QR code in the watch's manual or on the watch screen, or search for "FitCloudPro" in your smartphone's app store (compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+).
- Register/Log In: Open the FitCloudPro app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
- Pair the Device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. In the FitCloudPro app, navigate to the device section and select "Add Device." Choose "EF5" from the list of available devices to pair. Confirm the pairing request on both your phone and the smartwatch.
2.3 Bluetooth Call Function Setup
After initial pairing, enable the Bluetooth call function:
- On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Look for a second Bluetooth device named "EF5_CALL" or similar and connect to it. This separate connection is required for the call function.
- Grant necessary permissions in the FitCloudPro app for calls and notifications.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Navigation
- Touchscreen: Swipe left/right, up/down to navigate menus and functions. Tap to select.
- Side Buttons: The watch features physical buttons for quick access to functions or to return to the home screen. One side button also activates the flashlight.
3.2 Bluetooth Calls and Smart Notifications
Once paired, the smartwatch allows you to answer or make calls directly from your wrist. It also displays notifications from social media apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter) and other applications configured in the FitCloudPro app.
3.3 Customizing Watch Faces
The LIGE EF5 Smartwatch offers over 200 watch faces through the FitCloudPro app. You can also customize your own watch face using personal photos.

3.4 Fitness Tracking (120+ Sport Modes)
The smartwatch supports over 120 fitness modes, including walking, running, cycling, badminton, and basketball. It tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. Access sport modes via the watch menu and select your desired activity to begin tracking.

3.5 Health Monitoring
Equipped with advanced optical sensors, the smartwatch monitors your heart rate in real-time and analyzes sleep quality (deep sleep, light sleep, awake time). View your health data and personalized health scores in the FitCloudPro app.

3.6 Additional Functions
- Flashlight: Activate the built-in flashlight via the side button or watch menu for illumination in low-light conditions.
- Music Control: Control music playback on your smartphone directly from the watch.
- Weather Forecast: Receive real-time weather updates.
- Calculator, Alarm, Timer, Stopwatch: Access these utility functions from the watch menu.
- Find Phone/Watch: Use the app to locate your watch or the watch to locate your phone.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Management
The smartwatch is equipped with a 530 mAh battery. A full charge provides approximately 10-15 days of typical use and over 40 days of standby time. To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and fully charge the device when prompted.
4.2 Water Resistance (IP68)
The LIGE EF5 Smartwatch has an IP68 water resistance rating, meaning it is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It is suitable for hand washing, rain, and intense workouts. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or diving, as steam and hot water can compromise the seal.

4.3 Cleaning
Wipe the watch and straps regularly with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Connectivity Issues
- Watch not connecting to app: Ensure Bluetooth is on, the watch is charged, and you are within range. Restart both the watch and your phone. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device in the FitCloudPro app.
- Call function not working: Verify that "EF5_CALL" is connected in your phone's Bluetooth settings, in addition to the main watch connection. Check app permissions for calls.
5.2 Inaccurate Health Data
- Heart Rate/Sleep: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors on the back of the watch. Note that these devices are not medical instruments and data is for reference only.
5.3 Short Battery Life
- Reduce screen brightness, disable always-on display, and limit frequent notifications. Frequent use of Bluetooth calls and GPS (if available) will consume more power.
