2. Product Overview
The SPYPOINT Flex-Plus is an advanced cellular trail camera featuring 36MP photos and 1080p videos with sound. It boasts GPS-enabled functionality, Dual-SIM LTE connectivity for optimal network selection, and a 100-foot flash and detection range. This bundle includes two LIT-22 batteries and a 32GB Micro SD Card.

3. Setup Guide
3.1 Battery Installation
The Flex-Plus camera can be powered by up to two LIT-22 rechargeable battery packs, 16 AA batteries, or a combination of both. For optimal performance and extended battery life, using the LIT-22 rechargeable battery packs is recommended.

- Open the battery compartment on the camera.
- Insert the LIT-22 battery packs or AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Securely close the battery compartment.
3.2 MicroSD Card Insertion & Formatting
A Class-10 Micro SD Card (up to 512GB) is required for storing photos and videos. A 32GB Lexar Micro SD Card is included in this bundle.

- Locate the Micro SD card slot on the camera.
- Insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
- Format the Micro SD Card: It is crucial to format the Micro SD card directly in the camera before first use and periodically thereafter to ensure optimal performance.
- With the camera turned on, press the "FORMAT" button to format the card. Follow any on-screen prompts.

3.3 Antenna Installation
Screw the antenna firmly into the designated port on the top of the camera. Ensure it is tightened to secure a stable connection.
3.4 App Setup and Camera Activation
The SPYPOINT app is essential for managing your camera, receiving photos/videos, and changing settings.
- Download the SPYPOINT app from your device's app store.
- Create an account or log in.
- In the app, select the option to add a new camera.
- Scan the QR code located inside the camera's battery compartment for device identification.
- Follow the in-app instructions to complete the activation process.

3.5 Mounting the Camera
The SPYPOINT Flex-Plus is designed for tree mounting. Ensure the camera is securely fastened and positioned to capture the desired area.

For optimal performance, mount the camera at a height of approximately 3-5 feet from the ground, facing away from direct sunlight to avoid overexposure.
4. Operating Your Camera
4.1 Capture Modes
The Flex-Plus offers several capture modes to suit your monitoring needs:
- Photo Mode: Captures still images.
- Video Mode: Records 1080p videos with sound.
- Time-Lapse Mode: Takes photos at preset intervals.
- Time-Lapse+ Mode: Combines time-lapse photos with motion-triggered shots for comprehensive coverage.
You can select and configure these modes via the SPYPOINT app.
4.2 Instant Mode (On-Demand Requests)
Instant Mode allows you to change camera settings and request on-demand photos or HD videos directly through the SPYPOINT app, providing real-time control over your camera.

4.3 Dual-SIM Connectivity
The Flex-Plus features true Dual-SIM configuration, ensuring continuous connectivity by automatically finding and switching to the strongest available LTE network, regardless of the carrier. This provides reliable data transmission when you need it most.

4.4 Constant Capture
With Constant Capture, the Flex-Plus continues to take photos and videos even while it is transmitting data. This feature ensures that you do not miss any activity in the field.
5. Maintenance
- Battery Check: Regularly check the battery level via the SPYPOINT app. Recharge LIT-22 batteries as needed or replace AA batteries.
- Lens Cleaning: Gently clean the camera lens and motion sensor window with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear images and proper detection.
- Firmware Updates: The camera supports over-the-air updates. Ensure your camera's firmware is up-to-date through the SPYPOINT app for the best performance and new features.
- SD Card Management: Periodically format your Micro SD card in the camera to prevent data corruption and maintain optimal recording speed.
