1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your HECASA Lawn Mower Lift Jack, Model MO-3262. This adjustable telescopic lift jack is designed to assist with the maintenance and repair of ride-on lawn mowers and garden tractors with a maximum width of 38 inches and a load capacity of 882 pounds.

2. Safety Information

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

The HECASA Lawn Mower Lift Jack features a bolt-on assembly. No additional drilling or modification is required. Refer to Figure 4.1 for the assembled view.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Compare with the Package Contents list to ensure all pieces are present.
  2. Assemble Main Base Frame: Connect the longer red steel bars to the L-shaped feet using the provided bolts, nuts, and washers. Ensure all connections are finger-tight at this stage.
  3. Attach Crossbars: Secure the shorter red steel crossbars between the main frame sections. These typically provide structural rigidity and attachment points for other components.
  4. Install Lifting Mechanism: Insert the vertical support of the lifting mechanism into its designated slot on one end of the main frame. Secure it with bolts. Thread the long screw rod through the mechanism and attach the crank handle.
  5. Attach Wheel Cradles: Connect the two U-shaped wheel cradles to the opposite end of the main frame. These are designed to hold the wheels of the mower.
  6. Insert Square Feet: Place the four square inserts into the bottom ends of the L-shaped feet for stability and floor protection.
  7. Tighten All Fasteners: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and nuts using the provided hex key/socket bit. Ensure all connections are secure but do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective use of your lift jack.

  1. Prepare the Work Area: Ensure the area is clear, level, and stable. Turn off the mower engine, engage the parking brake, and remove the ignition key.
  2. Position the Lift Jack: Place the lift jack behind the rear wheels of the lawn mower or garden tractor.
  3. Load the Mower: Carefully roll the rear wheels of the mower onto the wheel cradles of the lift jack. Ensure the mower is centered and stable. The maximum compatible width for the mower is less than 38 inches.
  4. Lift the Mower: Use the manual crank handle to slowly raise the lift jack. Turn the handle clockwise to lift the mower. Observe the mower's stability throughout the lifting process. The jack allows for adjustable height and angle.
  5. Secure the Mower: Once the desired height and angle are achieved, ensure the mower is stable. For extended work or added safety, consider placing additional support stands under the mower's frame.
  6. Perform Maintenance: With the mower securely lifted, you can now perform necessary maintenance tasks such as blade sharpening, deck cleaning, or tire repair.
  7. Lower the Mower: When finished, ensure all tools are removed from the work area. Slowly turn the manual crank handle counter-clockwise to lower the mower back to the ground. Guide the mower off the cradles once it is fully lowered.

6. Maintenance
