Setup
Before first use, ensure the unit is fully charged and the clean water tank is filled with the appropriate solution.
- Assembly: Attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum until it clicks securely into place.
- Charging: Place the CrossWave OmniFind on its charging dock. Ensure the power adapter is plugged into a wall outlet. The battery indicator lights on the handle will show charging progress. A full charge provides up to 25 minutes of runtime.
- Fill Clean Water Tank: The clean water tank is located on the back of the unit. Remove the tank, open the cap, and fill with warm tap water to the indicated water line. Add the recommended amount of BISSELL cleaning formula to the formula line. Close the cap securely and reinsert the tank into the unit.

Operating Instructions
The CrossWave OmniFind is designed for intuitive operation, allowing you to easily switch between cleaning modes.
- Power On: Press the power button on the handle to turn on the unit. The FurFinder Headlights will illuminate.
- Select Cleaning Mode: Use the mode selection button to choose between Hard Floor mode (for sealed hard surfaces like wood, tile, laminate) and Area Rug mode (for refreshing low-pile area rugs).
- Recline and Clean: Recline the unit to activate the brush roll and begin cleaning. Move the machine in forward and backward passes over the desired area. The unit automatically dispenses the correct amount of water and fluid for optimal cleaning.
- Spot Cleaning: For tougher messes, hold the spray trigger for a few seconds to apply more solution, then release and continue cleaning.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your CrossWave OmniFind.
- Self-Cleaning Cycle: After each use, place the unit on its charging dock. Press the self-clean button. The machine will flush debris and freshen the brush roll, cleaning itself automatically.
- Empty Dirty Water Tank: Once the self-cleaning cycle is complete or the dirty water tank is full, remove it from the unit. Open the tank and dispose of the dirty water and debris. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Clean Brush Roll & Filter: For deeper cleaning, remove the brush roll cover and the brush roll itself. Rinse the brush roll under running water. The filter can also be rinsed. Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling. It is recommended to leave the dirty water tank and brush roll cover open while drying to prevent mildew.
