The GUOANVISION 6MP Dual Lens 360° IP Outdoor Security Camera features a unique dual-lens design for comprehensive surveillance. It includes a fixed lens for monitoring a specific point and a rotating PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) lens that can track movement across a 360-degree area.

4. Setup
4.1. Installation
The camera supports both wall and ceiling mounting. Choose a location that provides optimal coverage and a stable surface for installation. Use the provided screws for secure mounting.

4.2. Network Connection
The camera primarily supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for wireless connection. It also supports wired network connection and non-Wi-Fi connection modes. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz for optimal performance.

For wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the camera's port. For non-Wi-Fi connection, refer to the iCSee app instructions for AP mode setup.
4.3. App Setup (iCSee)
To control and monitor your camera, download the iCSee app on your smartphone. Follow these steps:
- Activate Bluetooth on your phone and connect to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network.
- Download the iCSee app from your app store.
- Register an account within the iCSee app.
- Pair the camera via Bluetooth following the in-app prompts.
- Once paired, you can successfully connect and view your camera.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. 360° Coverage and Dual Screen Monitoring
The camera offers a 360° panoramic view with its dual-lens system. The fixed lens provides a static overview, while the PTZ lens can be controlled via the app for 355° horizontal rotation and 90° vertical rotation. This allows for comprehensive monitoring and the ability to focus on specific areas.

5.2. Night Vision Modes
The camera offers three night vision modes to suit different monitoring needs:
- Full Color Night Vision: Provides clear, colored images even in low-light conditions.
- Infrared Night Vision: Standard black and white night vision for discreet monitoring.
- Dual Light Alarm Mode: Combines infrared with white light illumination upon detection, providing color images and acting as a deterrent.

5.3. AI Human Detection and Tracking
The camera features advanced AI human detection. When a person is detected within the defined alarm area, the camera will automatically track their movement and send an instant alert to your phone. This minimizes false alarms from pets or other non-human movements.

5.4. Two-Way Audio
The integrated microphone and speaker allow for two-way audio communication. You can speak through the camera to visitors or deter intruders directly from your smartphone.

5.5. Storage Options
The camera supports both local storage via an SD card (up to 128GB, not included) and cloud storage. You can choose continuous recording or alarm-triggered recording based on your preferences.

5.6. Customizable Alert Zones
You can define specific alarm zones and times within the iCSee app. The camera will only trigger alerts when motion is detected within these designated areas, reducing unnecessary notifications.

6. Compatibility

8. Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Restart your router and the camera.
- No alerts received: Verify human detection is enabled in the app settings. Check alarm zone configurations and notification permissions on your phone.
- Poor image quality: Ensure the camera lens is clean. Check network connection stability. Adjust resolution settings in the app if available.
- SD card not recording: Ensure the SD card is correctly inserted and formatted within the app. Check if the SD card has sufficient storage or if it's full.
- Two-way audio issues: Check microphone and speaker permissions for the iCSee app on your phone. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the camera's microphone or speaker.
