2. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down all removable parts with a damp cloth. The removable stainless steel bowl can be rinsed with water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
3. Assemble: Place the stainless steel grinding cup into the main unit. Ensure it is seated correctly. Place the transparent inner lid over the grinding cup.
4. Connect Power: Insert the detachable power cord into the port at the base of the grinder. Plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.

3. Operating Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure ingredients are dry. Fill the stainless steel grinding cup with your desired herbs, spices, coffee beans, nuts, or grains. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated inside the cup.
2. Secure Lids: Place the transparent inner lid over the grinding cup, then align and place the outer lid securely onto the main unit. The grinder will only operate when the outer lid is correctly positioned.
3. Start Grinding: Press down firmly on the top of the outer lid to activate the grinder. The digital display will show the grinding time.
4. Control Fineness: The duration of pressing the lid determines the fineness of the grind.
   • Coarse Grind: Approximately 3-8 seconds.
   • Medium Grind: Approximately 8-12 seconds.
   • Fine Grind: Approximately 12-15 seconds.
   Release pressure on the lid to stop grinding at any time. The timer will recount after 10 seconds of stoppage, or accumulate counts if restarted within 10 seconds.
5. Remove Ground Material: Once grinding is complete, unplug the unit. Carefully remove the outer lid, then lift out the removable stainless steel grinding cup to pour out the ground material.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Unplug Before Cleaning: Always ensure the grinder is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Clean Grinding Cup: The removable stainless steel grinding cup can be rinsed directly with water. Use the included brush to remove any residual powder from corners and around the blades. Ensure the cup is completely dry before reassembling or storing.
3. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
4. Storage: Store the grinder in a dry place. The detachable power cord can be removed for compact storage.

5. Troubleshooting

• Grinder does not start: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the outlet. Verify that the outer lid is correctly and firmly placed on the main unit. The grinder has an automatic power-off protection function that prevents operation if the lid is not secure.
• Grinder stops during operation: The unit may have activated its automatic power-off protection due to motor short-circuit, overheating, or if the outer cover was briefly lifted. If the motor temperature control protection function is activated, turn off the power and allow the unit to cool down for 15-20 minutes before resuming use.
• Uneven grinding: Ensure the grinding cup is not overfilled. For best results, grind in short pulses or shake the unit gently during operation to redistribute contents.
