1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your XDMTWLKJ Baby Playpen. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

The XDMTWLKJ Baby Playpen is designed to provide a secure and spacious environment for babies and toddlers to play. It features a large area, transparent mesh sides for visibility, dual zipper doors for access, and integrated storage pockets.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Always ensure the playpen is fully assembled and all connections are secure before placing a child inside.
• Never leave a child unattended in the playpen. Constant supervision is required.
• Do not modify the playpen or use accessories not approved by the manufacturer.
• Discontinue use if any part of the playpen is damaged, broken, or missing. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
• Keep the playpen away from open flames, heaters, and other heat sources.

• The inner dimensions at the bottom of the playpen are approximately 74.8 x 74.8 inches. If purchasing a mat, ensure its dimensions are less than or equal to these inner measurements to prevent gaps.

4. Setup and Assembly

The playpen features an intuitive interlocking frame designed for tool-free assembly. It can be set up or collapsed in minutes.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the bottom steel tubes using the provided connectors to form the base square. Ensure all connections are firm.
3. Attach Vertical Supports: Insert the vertical steel tubes into the base frame connectors.
4. Install Top Frame: Connect the top steel tubes to the vertical supports using the remaining connectors, forming the upper square. Ensure all poles are screwed together tightly.
5. Secure Fabric Enclosure: Drape the fabric enclosure over the assembled frame. Ensure the mesh sides are properly aligned with the frame and the padded top edges fit snugly over the upper tubes.
6. Check Stability: Gently push and pull on the assembled playpen to ensure all connections are secure and the structure is stable. The heavy-duty base-mounted suction cups should provide additional stability on smooth surfaces.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Dual Zipper Doors

The playpen is equipped with two opposite mesh panels featuring wide zipper doors. These doors allow for easy entry and exit for both children and adults. To open, simply unzip the door. To close, ensure the zippers are fully engaged to secure the opening.

5.2 360° Full Mesh Visibility and Ventilation

All four sides and both zippered doors are constructed from high-quality, tear-resistant mesh. This design allows for unobstructed views of your child from any angle, promoting constant supervision. The mesh also ensures optimal airflow, creating a comfortable and well-ventilated play environment.

5.3 Built-In Storage Pockets

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: The fabric components, including the padded top edges, can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach. Allow to air dry completely before folding or storing.
• Frame Care: The steel tubing can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure all metal parts are dry to prevent rust.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check all connections, zippers, and mesh for signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Tighten any loose connections.

Starting with the corner connections first can often simplify the process. Do not force parts together; if they don't fit, re-check the orientation and part selection.

Problem: Zippers are stuck or difficult to operate.

Solution: Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently pull the fabric away and try again. Avoid excessive force, which can damage the zipper. Ensure the fabric is not overly taut around the zipper area.
