Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the frying pans.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the pans thoroughly with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse well and dry completely.
- Conditioning (Optional but Recommended): For optimal nonstick performance, lightly rub a small amount of cooking oil (e.g., vegetable, canola) onto the ceramic nonstick surface with a paper towel. Heat the pan over low heat for 30 seconds, then let it cool. Wipe off any excess oil. This step helps to maintain the nonstick properties.
Operating Instructions
- Heat Settings: Always use low to medium heat for cooking. High heat can damage the nonstick coating over time and is generally not necessary due to the pan's efficient heat distribution.
- Suitable Cooktops: These pans are compatible with all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, halogen, and ceramic.
- Utensils: Use only wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils to protect the nonstick surface. Avoid metal utensils, as they can scratch and damage the coating.
- Oil/Butter Use: While the nonstick coating allows for cooking with minimal oil, a small amount of butter or oil can enhance flavor and browning. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays, as they can leave a residue that may affect nonstick performance.
- Maximum Temperature: The pans are safe for stovetop use up to 350°F (175°C). They are NOT oven safe.

Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the nonstick coating. Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. For stubborn food residue, soak the pan in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before cleaning.
- Dishwasher Use: While the product description states "Is the item dishwasher safe?: Yes", hand washing is generally preferred for nonstick cookware to maintain its longevity and appearance. If using a dishwasher, use a mild detergent and avoid high-heat cycles.
- Cool Down: Always allow the pan to cool completely before washing to prevent warping and thermal shock to the nonstick surface.
- Storage: When storing pans, place a soft cloth or pan protector between them to prevent scratching the nonstick surface.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use steel wool, abrasive scouring pads, or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the nonstick coating.
