Setup Instructions

Setting Time and Date

1. In normal time display mode, press the MODE button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds will flash.
2. Press the START/PAUSE button to reset the seconds to zero.
3. Press the ADJUSTMENT button to move to the hour setting. The hours will flash.
4. Press the START/PAUSE button to adjust the hour. Note the P indicator for PM in 12-hour format.
5. Press the ADJUSTMENT button to move to the minute setting. The minutes will flash.
6. Press the START/PAUSE button to adjust the minutes.
7. Continue pressing the ADJUSTMENT button to cycle through year, month, and day settings, adjusting each with the START/PAUSE button.
8. Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to exit setting mode and return to normal time display.

Setting the Alarm

1. In normal time display mode, press the MODE button once to enter alarm mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
2. Press the START/PAUSE button to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear when ON.
3. To set the alarm time, press the ADJUSTMENT button. The alarm hours will flash.
4. Use the START/PAUSE button to adjust the alarm hour.
5. Press the ADJUSTMENT button to move to the alarm minutes. The minutes will flash.
6. Use the START/PAUSE button to adjust the alarm minutes.
7. Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting mode.

Activating Hourly Chime

• In normal time display mode, press the MODE button twice to enter stopwatch mode.
• Press the ADJUSTMENT button to toggle the hourly chime ON/OFF. A chime icon will appear when ON.
• Press the MODE button to return to normal time display.

Using the LED Backlight

Press the LIGHT button (top-left) at any time to illuminate the watch face. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds, providing visibility in dark environments.

Using the Stopwatch

1. In normal time display mode, press the MODE button twice to enter stopwatch mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
2. Press the START/PAUSE button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. While paused, press the ADJUSTMENT button to reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
5. Press the MODE button to exit stopwatch mode and return to normal time display.
