Setup Instructions
Setting Time and Date
- In normal time display mode, press the MODE button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds will flash.
- Press the START/PAUSE button to reset the seconds to zero.
- Press the ADJUSTMENT button to move to the hour setting. The hours will flash.
- Press the START/PAUSE button to adjust the hour. Note the P indicator for PM in 12-hour format.
- Press the ADJUSTMENT button to move to the minute setting. The minutes will flash.
- Press the START/PAUSE button to adjust the minutes.
- Continue pressing the ADJUSTMENT button to cycle through year, month, and day settings, adjusting each with the START/PAUSE button.
- Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to exit setting mode and return to normal time display.
Setting the Alarm
- In normal time display mode, press the MODE button once to enter alarm mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
- Press the START/PAUSE button to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear when ON.
- To set the alarm time, press the ADJUSTMENT button. The alarm hours will flash.
- Use the START/PAUSE button to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the ADJUSTMENT button to move to the alarm minutes. The minutes will flash.
- Use the START/PAUSE button to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting mode.
Activating Hourly Chime
- In normal time display mode, press the MODE button twice to enter stopwatch mode.
- Press the ADJUSTMENT button to toggle the hourly chime ON/OFF. A chime icon will appear when ON.
- Press the MODE button to return to normal time display.
Operating Instructions
Using the LED Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (top-left) at any time to illuminate the watch face. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds, providing visibility in dark environments.

- In normal time display mode, press the MODE button twice to enter stopwatch mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
- Press the START/PAUSE button to start the stopwatch.

- While paused, press the ADJUSTMENT button to reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
- Press the MODE button to exit stopwatch mode and return to normal time display.
