Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging case and a compatible USB power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

Bluetooth Pairing

Follow these steps to pair your earbuds with your device:

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on, indicated by a blue light. Alternatively, press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds for 3 seconds to power them on.
2. After powering on, you will hear voice prompts, and both earbuds will flash blue and red indicators alternatively, signifying they are ready to pair with each other.
3. Wait until both earbuds successfully pair with each other. Once paired, one earbud will flash blue and red alternatively, while the other will show a steady blue light.
4. You will hear a voice prompt stating "pairing". Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and search for "JS25".
5. Select "JS25" to connect. Once successfully connected, the earbuds will prompt "Connected".
6. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case, or press and hold the touch panel for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case, or press and hold the touch panel for 5 seconds.

Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for various functions:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Song: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Song: Double tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds (when not on a call).

Charging Earbuds

Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show the charging status of the earbuds.

Charging Case

Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the charging case and a power adapter. The digital LED display will show the current battery percentage of the case. The 2000mAh battery in the case provides multiple charges for the earbuds, extending total usage time up to 24 hours.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. For earbud tips, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth if necessary, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance

The earbuds are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. Note: The charging case is not waterproof. Avoid submerging the earbuds or exposing them to high-pressure water jets.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with each other: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, then remove them simultaneously. Ensure they are close to each other during the pairing process.
• Earbuds not connecting to device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Forget "JS25" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• No sound from one earbud: Check if both earbuds are charged. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and then removing them.
• Charging case not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try different ear tip sizes for a better seal. Check for any obstructions in the earbud nozzles.
