Setup

Unpacking

• Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
• Wash the removable insert pot, lid, and roasting rack in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
• Wipe the exterior of the roaster oven base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.

First Use

• Place the roaster oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Insert the clean removable pot into the base, followed by the roasting rack.
• Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
• Before cooking, it is recommended to run the empty roaster oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing oils. Ensure adequate ventilation during this process.

Operating Instructions

Temperature Control

The roaster oven features a full-range temperature control knob, adjustable from 150°F to 450°F. The red indicator light illuminates when the heating element is active and turns off once the set temperature is reached.

Roasting

• Place food on the roasting rack within the insert pot.
• Cover with the self-basting lid.
• Turn the temperature control knob to the desired roasting temperature.
• The self-basting lid is designed to continuously circulate moisture, reducing the need for manual basting.

Defrost and Warm Function

Defrost Setting

The "DEFROST" setting allows for thawing frozen items, such as a turkey, before roasting. This function helps to safely bring food to a suitable temperature for cooking.

Keep Warm Setting

Once cooking is complete, turn the knob to "KEEP WARM" to maintain the food at an ideal serving temperature without overcooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

• Always unplug the roaster oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Remove the insert pot and roasting rack. Wash them with warm, soapy water or place them in a dishwasher if they are dishwasher-safe (refer to product specifications for confirmation).
• Wipe the exterior of the roaster oven base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water.
• The self-basting lid can be washed with warm, soapy water.

Storage
