Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your T4TREAM Farmhouse Queen Size Bed Frame. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference. For optimal assembly, two adults are recommended.

Safety Information

• Always assemble the bed frame on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
• Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 800 lbs for the bed frame.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly to avoid choking hazards.
• Use the integrated charging station only with compatible devices and avoid overloading the outlets.
• Do not stand or jump on the bed frame.

Package Contents

Verify that all components are present and undamaged before starting assembly. All parts and accessories are identified with numbered stickers for easy recognition. A pack of spare parts is included in case of hardware loss.

Assembly Instructions

Follow the numbered steps in the provided installation guide. Two people are recommended for assembly.

1. Headboard Assembly

Assemble the headboard components according to the instructions. Ensure all shelves are correctly positioned and secured. The sliding barn doors will be installed on the headboard frame.

2. Charging Station Installation

Integrate the UL-listed AC power unit (2 AC outlets + 2 USB ports) into the designated slot on the mid-shelf of the headboard. Secure it with the provided screws.

3. Bed Frame and Slats Assembly

Attach the side rails and footboard to the assembled headboard. Install the 20 hardwood slats into the frame. The newly upgraded frame joint locking system ensures stability and reduces noise. No box spring is required.

Operating Instructions

Sliding Barn Doors

The headboard features two sliding barn doors. Gently slide the doors along the top track to reveal or conceal the storage shelves. These doors allow for flexible access to items stored within the headboard.

Charging Station

The integrated charging station provides convenient access to power. Plug your devices into the two AC outlets or use the two USB ports to charge smartphones, tablets, or other compatible electronics directly from your headboard.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the bed frame with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the distressed finish.
• Structural Integrity: Periodically inspect all connections and hardware to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose bolts or screws to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
• Under-Bed Area: The design allows for easy vacuuming underneath the bed, helping to keep the space clean and dust-free.

Troubleshooting

• Squeaking Noises: If the bed frame squeaks, check all bolts and connections. Tighten any loose hardware. Ensure the slats are properly seated in their supports.
• Sliding Doors Sticking: If the barn doors do not slide smoothly, check the track for any obstructions or debris. Ensure the doors are properly aligned on the track.
• Charging Station Not Working: Verify that the bed frame is properly plugged into a functional wall outlet. Check for any loose connections within the charging unit. If issues persist, consult a qualified electrician.
• Mattress Movement: The tall footboard is designed to prevent mattress movement. If your mattress still shifts, ensure it is correctly sized for a Queen (U.S. Standard) bed frame.
