1. Product Overview

The Ntaanoo Magnetic Power Bank MP101 is a compact and portable 10000mAh wireless charger designed for convenience and efficiency. It features strong magnetic attachment for compatible devices and supports both wireless and wired fast charging.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Ntaanoo Magnetic Power Bank. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included). The LED indicators will show the charging status.

4.2 LED Indicators

The power bank features LED indicators to display the remaining battery level and wireless charging status:

• 1 LED: 1% - 25% battery
• 2 LEDs: 26% - 50% battery
• 3 LEDs: 51% - 75% battery
• 4 LEDs: 76% - 100% battery
• A dedicated indicator light signifies active wireless charging.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging (Magnetic)

For magnetic wireless charging, align the power bank with the back of your compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series and newer). The strong 10N magnetic force will securely attach the power bank to your device, initiating wireless charging automatically. For non-MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 11/X/9/8 series) or other wireless charging compatible phones, a magnetic phone case is recommended for optimal magnetic attachment.

5.2 Wired Charging (USB-C)

Connect your device to the power bank using a USB-C cable. The USB-C port supports fast charging up to 20W, allowing for quicker charging of compatible devices.

5.3 Simultaneous Charging

The Ntaanoo MP101 supports charging two devices simultaneously: one wirelessly and another via the USB-C cable. This allows you to charge your phone wirelessly while also charging another device, such as a friend's phone or earbuds, via the wired connection.

5.4 Recharging the Power Bank

To recharge the power bank, connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and to a power source. The power bank supports 18W Power Delivery (PD) input, allowing for a full recharge in approximately 3 hours. A traditional 5V/2A recharge would take around 5.5 hours.

6. Safety Information

The Ntaanoo Magnetic Power Bank MP101 is equipped with 10 layers of safety protection to ensure safe operation. These include protection against overcharging, short circuits, overheating, overvoltage, overcurrent, overdischarge, and foreign object detection.

Important Note: When transmitting power wirelessly, some energy is converted into heat, which may cause the power bank to become warm. This is a normal operating characteristic and does not indicate a malfunction.

• Do not expose the power bank to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
• Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device.
• Keep away from water and other liquids.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
• Use only certified charging cables and adapters.

7. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your power bank:

• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods. Recharge it periodically if stored for a long time.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Ntaanoo Magnetic Power Bank, refer to the following common solutions:

• Device not charging wirelessly:
  • Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged.
  • Verify your phone is compatible with wireless charging and is properly aligned with the power bank's charging coil.
  • Remove any thick phone cases or metal objects between the phone and power bank. For non-MagSafe phones, use a magnetic case.
• Device not charging via cable:
  • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge.
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
  • Try a different USB-C cable to rule out cable malfunction.
• Power bank not recharging:
  • Verify the USB-C cable is properly connected to a working power adapter and outlet.
  • Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
• Power bank feels warm during use:
  • This is normal during wireless power transmission. If it becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/odor, discontinue use immediately and contact support.
