4. Setup Instructions
The MERACH E12 Elliptical Machine comes 95% pre-assembled, requiring minimal setup to get started. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

- Prepare Your Workspace: Unbox the elliptical machine and ensure all components are present. You will find the main frame, two handrails, two foot pedals, a cross spanner, and an adapter.
- Attach Foot Pads: Screw the two Foot Pads (#9) into the Rear Cross Tube. Use the Cross Spanner (#A) to ensure they are balanced and securely tightened.
- Install Handrails: Insert the Right & Left Handrails (#2) into the Main Frame (#1). Secure them with the provided screws (#3) and four spring washers (#5). Ensure the handrails are firmly in place. The handrails are adjustable for height.
- Insert Phone Holder: Insert the Phone Holder (#7) into the designated hole on the Main Frame (#1) and fix it securely.
- Connect Power Adapter: Connect the power adapter to the elliptical machine and then plug it into a wall outlet. The display will light up, indicating it's ready for use.
