5. Setup

5.1. Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the terminal.
  2. Insert the 6400mAh rechargeable Li-battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
  4. Connect the provided USB-Type C cable to the terminal and the charge adaptor.

5.2. Paper Roll Installation

  1. Locate the printer cover release latch, usually on the top or side of the terminal.
  2. Open the printer cover.
  3. Insert the 58mm thermal paper roll into the compartment. Ensure the paper feeds out from the top and is aligned correctly. The maximum paper roll diameter supported is 40mm.
  4. Close the printer cover firmly until it clicks into place, leaving a small amount of paper extending from the slot.

5.3. Initial Power On and Network Connection

  1. Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the screen illuminates.
