2. Initial Setup
2.1. What's in the Box

2.2. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation
The OUKITEL C37 supports Dual SIM 4G and MicroSD card expansion up to 1TB. Use the provided card needle to open the SIM tray.
- Locate the SIM tray slot on the side of the device.
- Insert the card needle into the small hole next to the SIM tray and gently push until the tray ejects.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards and the cards are correctly oriented.
- Carefully reinsert the SIM tray back into the device until it clicks into place.

2.3. Powering On/Off and Charging
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the OUKITEL logo appears.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button, then select 'Power off' from the options that appear on the screen.
- Charging: Connect the provided Type-C charger cable to the phone's Type-C port and the other end to the 18W charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
