2. Setup

2.1 Power Supply

The alarm clock supports two power modes: USB plug-in and battery power. For continuous display and optimal functionality, the USB plug-in mode is recommended.

  • USB Plug-in Mode: Connect the provided USB cable to the clock and a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port. This mode ensures the display remains continuously on.
  • Battery Power Mode: Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the back of the clock. In battery mode, the screen will automatically shut down after 10 seconds to conserve power. To wake the screen, gently touch the clock or use the voice-controlled wake-up feature. Batteries also serve to retain settings during power outages.

2.2 Identifying Controls

Familiarize yourself with the buttons on the back of the alarm clock:

  • +/- Buttons: Used to increase or decrease values during setting.
  • Gear Icon Button: The 'Set' button, used to enter setting modes and confirm selections.
  • Bell Icon Button: The 'Alarm Setting' button, used to set and activate alarms.
  • Sun/Zzz Icon Button: Used to adjust display brightness and activate snooze.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Setting the Time

  1. Press the Gear Icon (Set) button to cycle through time, date, and temperature display modes.
  2. To set the time, long press the Gear Icon (Set) button until the hour digits flash.
  3. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the hour.
  4. Press the Gear Icon (Set) button again to confirm the hour and move to minutes.
  5. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the minutes.
  6. Press the Gear Icon (Set) button one last time to confirm minutes and complete the time setting.

The clock supports both 12-hour and 24-hour formats. This setting is typically adjusted during the initial time setup or through a dedicated setting option (refer to the video for visual guidance).

3.2 Setting an Alarm

  1. Press the Bell Icon (Alarm Setting) button to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm time will flash.
  2. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the desired alarm hour.
  3. Press the Bell Icon (Alarm Setting) button again to confirm the hour and move to minutes.
  4. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the desired alarm minutes.
  5. Press the Bell Icon (Alarm Setting) button one last time to confirm minutes and activate the alarm. An alarm clock symbol will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is set.
  6. The clock may offer multiple alarm settings (e.g., two or three). Repeat the steps to set additional alarms if available.

3.3 Turning Off the Alarm / Snooze Function

  • When the alarm rings, press the Sun/Zzz Icon (Snooze) button to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and ring again after a set interval (e.g., 5-10 minutes).
  • To completely turn off the alarm when it is ringing, press any other button on the back panel (e.g., +/- or Gear Icon).
  • To deactivate the alarm mode entirely, you may need to remove and reinsert the batteries, or long-press the Bell Icon button until the alarm symbol disappears from the display. (Refer to Video 1 for specific deactivation steps).

3.4 Adjusting Display Brightness

Press the Sun/Zzz Icon (Brightness/Snooze) button to cycle through different brightness levels for the LED display. This allows you to adjust the display to your preference, especially for night use.

3.5 Date and Temperature Display

The clock automatically cycles through time, date, and temperature displays. To manually cycle through these displays, press the Gear Icon (Set) button briefly.

4. Maintenance

  • Clean the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Keep the clock away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  • If using battery power, replace batteries promptly when the display becomes dim or unresponsive to ensure accurate timekeeping and alarm function.
  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected when using plug-in power.

5. Troubleshooting
