Setup
Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your CUKTECH 15 SE Power Bank. Connect the included 3.3ft 240W fast charging cable to the USB-C1 (In/Out) port on the power bank and to a compatible 65W Power Delivery (PD) wall adapter (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices
To charge a device, connect it to one of the power bank's output ports using a compatible charging cable. The digital display will activate and show the remaining battery percentage. The power bank supports simultaneous charging of up to three devices.
- USB-C1 (In/Out): Up to 65W MAX output. Ideal for laptops (e.g., MacBook Air to 55% in 30 mins) and high-power devices.
- USB-C2 (Out): Up to 33W MAX output. Suitable for smartphones and tablets.
- USB-A (Out): Up to 20W MAX output. Compatible with various smartphones and smaller gadgets.

Digital Display
Press the button on the side of the power bank to activate the digital display. It shows the current battery percentage. When charging devices, it may also indicate the output wattage.

Maintenance

- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, fully charge the power bank at least once every three months if not in regular use.
- Avoid Drops: While durable, avoid dropping the power bank or subjecting it to strong impacts.
Troubleshooting
- Power Bank Not Charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's USB-C1 (In/Out) port and the wall adapter.
- Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and provides at least 65W PD output for optimal charging speed.
- Try a different charging cable or wall adapter.
- Device Not Charging:
- Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge (check digital display).
- Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
- Try a different charging cable or a different port on the power bank.
- Confirm your device is compatible with the power bank's output specifications.
- Slow Charging:
