Setup

Before first use, follow these steps to prepare your air fryer:

1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
2. Clean the basket and drawer thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely.
3. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.
4. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
5. Insert the basket into the drawer, then slide the drawer back into the main unit until it clicks into place.

First Time Use - Temperature Unit Setting:

When starting your product for the first time, you may need to switch the temperature display from Celsius (°C) to Fahrenheit (°F) or vice versa.

Operating Instructions

The T-fal Easy Fry Max offers both preset programs and manual control for diverse cooking needs.

General Operation:

1. Plug the appliance into a grounded wall outlet.
2. Carefully pull the drawer out of the air fryer.
3. Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
4. Slide the drawer back into the air fryer.
5. Select a preset program or manually set the temperature and time using the digital touchscreen.
6. Press the Start/Stop button to begin cooking.
7. Some recipes may require shaking or turning ingredients halfway through cooking. The air fryer does not prompt for this, so monitor your food.
8. When cooking is complete, the timer will beep. Carefully pull out the drawer and remove the food.

Cleaning the Basket and Drawer:

The nonstick basket and drawer are designed for easy cleaning.

• Remove the basket and drawer from the main unit.
• The basket and drawer are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand using hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
• For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and drawer in warm, soapy water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
• Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing.

Cleaning the Main Unit:
