Carefully remove all packaging materials. It is crucial to remove the transit bolts located at the rear of the machine before operation. These bolts secure the drum during transport and must be removed to prevent damage during use. Store them in case of future relocation.
3.2 Location
Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Drum
Regularly run a drum clean cycle (if available) or a hot wash with a washing machine cleaner to prevent odor and residue buildup.

Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to clear any detergent or softener residue. Clean the housing with a brush if necessary.
5.3 Cleaning the Filter
Locate the drain pump filter, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Open the cover, drain any residual water, and carefully remove and clean the filter of lint and debris. Reinstall securely.
5.4 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting service, check the following common issues:
- Machine does not start: Ensure the power cord is plugged in, the door is closed properly, and the Start/Pause button has been pressed. Check the circuit breaker.
- Water not filling: Check if the water tap is open and the inlet hose is not kinked or blocked.
- Water not draining: Inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Clean the drain pump filter.
- Excessive vibration/noise: Ensure the machine is level and all transit bolts have been removed. Redistribute the laundry load if it is unbalanced. The Auto Imbalance Control feature should help, but severe imbalances may require manual adjustment.
- Error codes: Refer to the digital display for specific error codes. Consult the full user manual (if provided separately) for a detailed list of codes and solutions.
