Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during or after assembly, please refer to the following common solutions.
- Drawers do not close smoothly: Check if the drawer slides are properly aligned and securely fastened. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the slides. Adjust the soft-close mechanism if necessary, following the specific instructions in the assembly guide.
- Doors are misaligned or rub: Adjust the hinges on the doors. Most hinges allow for minor adjustments in three directions (up/down, left/right, in/out) using a screwdriver. Refer to the hinge adjustment section in your assembly manual.
- Parts do not fit: Double-check that you are using the correct parts for each step as indicated in the assembly guide. Sometimes similar-looking parts have subtle differences. If parts still do not fit, ensure they are oriented correctly. Do not force parts together.
- Water leaks from plumbing: Ensure all plumbing connections (faucet, drain, supply lines) are tightened securely. Check for proper application of plumber's tape or sealant where recommended.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact LUMISOL customer support for further assistance.
