Setup
1. Charging the Battery
- Connect the charger to a standard 110-120V~50/60 Hz power outlet.
- Slide the battery pack onto the charger until it clicks into place.
- Allow the battery to charge fully. The charger indicator light will typically change color or turn off when charging is complete. Refer to the charger's specific instructions for indicator light details.
- Once charged, disconnect the charger from the power outlet and remove the battery.
2. Attaching and Detaching the Battery
- To Attach: Align the battery pack with the base of the impact wrench. Slide the battery into the tool until it locks securely into place. Ensure it is firmly seated before operation.
- To Detach: Press the battery release button (usually located on the side or front of the battery pack) and slide the battery out of the tool.
3. Attaching and Detaching Sockets
- To Attach: Push the desired 1/2-inch drive socket onto the square drive anvil of the impact wrench until it snaps securely into place.
- To Detach: Pull the socket firmly off the square drive anvil.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off and Variable Speed Trigger
- The tool is powered on by pressing the trigger switch and powered off by releasing it.
- This impact wrench features a variable speed trigger. The speed of the tool increases as you press the trigger further.
2. Forward/Reverse Rotation
- A forward/reverse selector switch is located above the trigger.
- Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening).
- Push the switch to the right for reverse rotation (loosening).
- When the switch is in the center position, the trigger is locked, preventing accidental operation. Always set the switch to the center (lock) position when not in use or when changing accessories.
3. Speed Settings
The impact wrench offers adjustable speed settings for different applications:
- No-load Speed: 0-1300 / 0-1900 / 0-2200 RPM
- Impact Rate: 0-2600 / 0-3000 / 0-3500 GPM (Gears Per Minute)
Select the appropriate speed setting based on the material and fastener requirements. Lower speeds are suitable for delicate tasks, while higher speeds provide maximum torque for heavy-duty applications.
4. Integrated Work Light
The tool is equipped with an integrated work light that illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dark or confined spaces.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
