3. Product Features
The AEOCKY X1 Dehumidifier is designed for efficient and quiet operation, offering several advanced features:
- High Dehumidification Capacity: Capable of removing up to 10 pints (approximately 4.7 liters) of water per day in optimal conditions (30°C, 80% RH), suitable for spaces up to 1200 sq.ft.
- Rotary Technology: Utilizes industrial-grade rotary technology, which is highly efficient and prevents frosting, allowing for year-round operation even in low temperatures (e.g., 10°C, 60% RH). This technology offers significantly faster dehumidification compared to semiconductor Peltier types.
- Ultra-Quiet Operation: Engineered for minimal noise, with a maximum operating sound level of 39 dB and a sleep mode as low as 28 dB.
- Energy Efficient: Designed for low power consumption and high energy efficiency, consuming significantly less energy per pint of water collected compared to semiconductor dehumidifiers.
- Versatile Application: Compact design allows use in various spaces including bedrooms, living rooms, garages, bathrooms, stairwells, RVs, and boats.
- Easy to Use: Features an 85 oz (2.4 L) water tank, 8/12/24-hour timer, and includes a continuous drainage hose for extended operation without frequent emptying.
- Air Purification: Incorporates features for removing harmful particles from water vapor and TVOCs adsorption for a cleaner environment.

8. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your dehumidifier, please consult the following table before contacting customer support.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dehumidifier does not turn on. | No power supply. Power cord not securely plugged in. Water tank is full or not properly seated. | Check power outlet and circuit breaker. Ensure power cord is firmly plugged into both the unit and the outlet. Empty the water tank and ensure it is correctly reinserted. |
| Unit is running but not collecting water. | Room temperature is too low. Humidity level is already low. Air filter is clogged. Air inlets/outlets are blocked. | Dehumidifiers are less effective in very low temperatures. Ensure room temperature is above 5°C (41°F). Check the ambient humidity level. The unit will not collect water if humidity is below its operating threshold. Clean the air filter (refer to Section 7.2). Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit. |
| Unit is noisy. | Unit is not on a level surface. Air filter is clogged. Foreign object inside the unit. | Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Clean the air filter. If noise persists, unplug the unit and inspect for any obstructions. If unable to resolve, contact customer support. |
| Water leaks from the unit. | Water tank is not properly seated. Drain hose is kinked or improperly connected (if using continuous drainage). | Remove and reinsert the water tank firmly. Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages and ensure it is securely connected and sloped downwards. |
