MopExtend 3.0 Technology
The MopExtend 3.0 system allows the robot to extend its mop pads to clean closer to walls, into corners, and around furniture legs, reaching areas typically missed by standard robot mops. This feature helps in removing hidden debris and ensures comprehensive floor coverage.

Setup
Base Station Installation
The Dreame X30 Master features an integrated water hookup kit for automatic water refill and drainage. For this functionality, the base station requires professional installation to your household's water pipe and drainage system. There are three installation methods available to adapt to diverse scenarios, ensuring a compact and space-saving setup.
The base station is designed to be ultra-thin (28cm) and can be fully embedded for a seamless appearance. An electric hatch opens with a light touch for convenient access.
Initial Charging
After installation, place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock. Ensure the charging contacts on both the robot and the dock are aligned. Allow the robot to fully charge before its first use. The indicator lights on the robot will show the charging status.
App Connection
Download the Dreame Home app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Dreame X30 Master Robot Vacuum to your home Wi-Fi network. The app allows for remote control, scheduling, and access to advanced features.
Operating Instructions
Starting a Cleaning Cycle
You can start a cleaning cycle using the physical button on the robot, or through the Dreame Home app. The robot will automatically map your home during its first few cleaning runs.
Cleaning Modes
The app allows you to select various cleaning modes, including vacuum-only, mop-only, or vacuum and mop simultaneously. You can also define specific areas for cleaning or set no-go zones.
Carpet Handling
The Dreame X30 Master features intelligent carpet detection. For high-pile or mid-pile carpets, the robot can automatically remove its mop pads to prevent wetting. For short-pile carpets, the mop pads will be lifted by 10.5mm to allow for vacuuming without mopping.

Maintenance
Auto Self-Cleaning Base Station
The base station is equipped with dual wiper blades that clean the mop pads and the washboard area, similar to a windshield wiper. This process significantly reduces residual dirt and odor, ensuring the mop pads are clean for the next use. The system uses 60°C hot water for effective mop cleaning.

Anti-Tangle TriCut Brush Maintenance
The Anti-Tangle TriCut Brush (Hair Cutting Roller Brush 2.0) automatically cuts hair that gets tangled in the brush and transfers it to the dust box. This feature minimizes manual cleaning of the main brush. Periodically check the brush for any remaining debris and clean as needed. Note: The Hair Cutting Roller Brush 2.0 may be purchased separately or included depending on your specific package.

Dust Bag and Filter
The base station features a 4.2L dust bag for automatic dust collection. Replace the dust bag when full. The robot vacuum uses a cloth filter, which should be cleaned regularly and replaced periodically to maintain optimal suction performance.
Sensor Cleaning
Regularly wipe the robot's sensors (cliff sensors, wall sensors, charging contacts) with a soft, dry cloth to ensure proper navigation and functionality.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Dreame X30 Master, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Robot not charging: Ensure the robot is correctly docked and the power cable is securely connected to the base station and wall outlet. Clean charging contacts.
- Robot stuck or lost: Clear obstacles around the robot. If it's lost, manually place it back on the charging dock. Check the app for error messages.
- Poor cleaning performance: Check if the dust bag is full, the filter is clogged, or the main brush/side brushes are tangled. Clean or replace as necessary.
- Mop not cleaning effectively: Ensure the water tank is filled (if applicable, or water supply is connected for auto-refill). Check if mop pads are dirty and require cleaning by the base station or manual intervention.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the robot is within range. Restart the robot and your router if necessary.
