Setup and Loading
1. Installing the CO2 Cartridge
The TR50 uses a 12g non-threaded CO2 cartridge. The quick-pierce system allows for rapid CO2 activation.
- Ensure the revolver is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction.
- Unscrew the CO2 piercing knob located at the bottom of the grip until it is fully extended.
- Insert one 12g CO2 cartridge into the grip, narrow end first.
- Screw the CO2 piercing knob back in until it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten.
- To activate the CO2, firmly strike the bottom of the piercing knob against a hard surface, or push the knob in with your thumb until you hear the CO2 pierce. The system is now pressurized and ready for use.

- To remove the cylinder, push the cylinder release button located on the left side of the frame, just above the trigger guard. The cylinder will swing out.
- Load up to six .50 caliber rounds into the chambers of the cylinder.

Operating Instructions
Once the CO2 cartridge is installed and the cylinder is loaded, the TR50 is ready for operation.
- Aiming: Use the integrated sights to align your shot with the target. The TR50 also features top and bottom Picatinny rails for mounting accessories such as sights or lights.
- Firing: The TR50 operates in Double Action (DA) mode. To fire, simply pull the trigger fully to the rear. This action will rotate the cylinder, cock the hammer, and release it to strike the CO2 valve, propelling the projectile.
- Reloading: After all six rounds have been fired, follow the steps in the "Loading Ammunition" section to replace or reload the cylinder.

- Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of silicone oil to moving parts and O-rings to keep them lubricated and prevent wear. Do not use petroleum-based oils.
- Storage: Store the TR50 in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Always remove the CO2 cartridge before storing the revolver for extended periods.
