5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps carefully to install your Aisens DT32TSR-219 Table Mount.

5.1. Attach Desk Clamp Base

  1. Place the desk clamp base on the edge of your desk.
  2. Tighten the clamp screw until the base is securely fastened to the desk. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.

5.2. Assemble Monitor Arm

  1. Insert the main monitor arm assembly into the pole on the desk clamp base.
  2. Secure the arm at the desired height using the provided screws and Allen key.

5.3. Attach VESA Plate to Monitor

  1. Carefully lay your monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
  2. Align the VESA plate with the mounting holes on the back of your monitor.
  3. Use the appropriate screws (M4 or M5, depending on your monitor) from the hardware kit to secure the VESA plate to the monitor. Do not overtighten.

5.4. Mount Monitor to Arm

  1. With assistance if needed, carefully slide the monitor (with the attached VESA plate) onto the VESA head of the monitor arm.
  2. Ensure the monitor is fully seated and secured. Some VESA heads have a locking mechanism; engage it if present.

5.5. Cable Management

Route your monitor cables through the integrated cable management channels on the arm to maintain a tidy workspace. Open the covers, insert cables, and close the covers.

6. Operating Instructions

The Aisens DT32TSR-219 mount offers various adjustments for optimal viewing comfort.

6.1. Height Adjustment

The monitor arm can be adjusted vertically along the pole of the desk clamp. Loosen the securing screw, move the arm to the desired height, and retighten the screw firmly.

6.2. Tilt Adjustment

The monitor can be tilted +90° upwards and -45° downwards. Gently push or pull the top or bottom of your monitor to achieve the desired tilt angle. If the tilt is too loose or too stiff, adjust the tension screw on the VESA head using the provided Allen key.

6.3. Swivel Adjustment

The monitor arm can swivel ±180° at the base and at the joint near the VESA plate. Gently rotate the monitor to the left or right to adjust its horizontal viewing angle.

6.4. Rotation Adjustment

The VESA plate allows for ±180° rotation, enabling you to switch your monitor between landscape and portrait orientations. Gently rotate the monitor clockwise or counter-clockwise until it locks into the desired position.

6.5. Spring Tension Adjustment

The arm features a gas spring for smooth height adjustment. If the monitor drifts up or down, or is difficult to move, adjust the spring tension screw located on the arm using the appropriate Allen key. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors, and counter-clockwise to decrease tension for lighter monitors.
