1. Introduction

2. Setup
2.1. Unboxing and Components
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. You should find the P11 dispenser unit, a USB-C charging cable, a small cleaning bottle, and adhesive wall-mount hooks.

2.2. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the dispenser using the provided USB-C cable. The power indicator lights on the top of the unit will show the charging progress (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). A full charge typically takes 2 hours and can last up to 2-4 months depending on usage.

2.3. Filling the Dispenser with Soap
The P11 dispenser is designed for foaming soap. If using liquid hand sanitizer, it must be mixed with water to create foam. The recommended ratio is 1 part liquid soap to 3 parts water. Shake well to ensure proper mixing before filling.
- Twist the top section of the dispenser counter-clockwise to separate it from the soap reservoir.
- Pour your pre-mixed foaming soap solution or diluted liquid soap into the reservoir. Do not overfill.
- Align the top section with the reservoir and twist clockwise until securely closed.

2.4. Placement Options
The P11 dispenser offers versatile placement options:
- Countertop: Place the dispenser directly on any flat surface in your bathroom or kitchen. Its sleek design complements various decors.
- Wall-Mounted: Use the provided adhesive hooks to mount the dispenser on a wall, saving countertop space. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the adhesive.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Power On/Off
To power on the dispenser, press and hold the power button (circular icon) on the top panel until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.
3.2. Dispensing Foam
Once powered on, simply wave your hand under the high-precision smart sensor located at the front of the dispenser. Foam will be dispensed automatically within 0.25 seconds.

3.3. Adjusting Foam Volume
The P11 offers 4 different foam volume settings to customize your handwashing experience. Press the volume adjustment button (three vertical bars icon) on the top panel to cycle through the settings. Each press will change the dispensed amount, indicated by the corresponding light on the panel.
- Level 1: 0.5g foam
- Level 2: 1.5g foam
- Level 3: 2.4g foam
- Level 4: 3.2g foam

4. Maintenance
4.1. Cleaning the Dispenser
To ensure optimal performance and prevent clogging, regularly clean the dispenser. Use the provided cleaning bottle filled with warm water to flush the internal pump and spout. Run the cleaning cycle by pressing the power button until the unit dispenses water.

4.2. Waterproof Rating
The P11 dispenser has an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. However, it is important NOT to immerse the top of the unit in water or rinse it directly with strong water streams to prevent damage to internal electronic components.

5. Troubleshooting
- Dispenser not producing foam:
- Ensure the soap-to-water ratio is correct (1 part soap to 3 parts water). Viscous hand sanitizer must be diluted.
- Check if the dispenser is powered on and fully charged.
- Perform a cleaning cycle using warm water and the provided bottle to clear any clogs in the pump or spout.
- Power indicator lights not working:
- Connect the dispenser to a power source using the USB-C cable to check if it charges. If not, contact support.
- Foam consistency is too thin/thick:
- Adjust the soap-to-water ratio. For thicker foam, slightly reduce water. For thinner foam, add more water.
