The Soundcore V20i headphones are designed for comfort and situational awareness, featuring an open-ear design, adjustable ear hooks, powerful sound, clear calls, and IP55 water resistance.

Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.

Charging Time: Approximately 1.5 hours for headphones, 2.5 hours for charging case.

Wearing the Headphones

The V20i headphones feature adjustable ear hooks for a secure and comfortable fit. Rotate the ear hooks to find the optimal position for your ears. There are four adjustable positions (LV1 to LV4) to accommodate different ear sizes and ensure stability and sound quality.

• LV1 & LV2: Best suited for small to medium-sized ears.
• LV3 & LV4: More comfortable for medium to large-sized ears.

Pairing with a Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore V20i" in the list of available devices.
3. Select "Soundcore V20i" to connect. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm.

For future use, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

If you encounter pairing issues, refer to the troubleshooting section or reset the earbuds by pressing and holding the buttons on both earbuds for 8 seconds until the LED indicators flash red and white 3 times.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically.

Controls

The Soundcore V20i features intuitive touch controls on each earbud. You can customize these controls via the Soundcore app.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

• Headphones not pairing:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the headphones are charged.
  • Place the earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Try resetting the earbuds (press and hold buttons on both earbuds for 8 seconds until LEDs flash red and white 3 times).
• No sound or low volume:
  • Check the volume level on both your device and the headphones.
  • Ensure the headphones are properly connected to your device.
  • Clean any debris from the speaker grilles.
• Poor call quality:
  • Ensure the microphones are not obstructed.
  • Move closer to your connected device.
  • Avoid noisy environments if possible.
• Earbuds not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected.
  • Check if the charging case has power.
  • Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
