Setup and Installation

1. Mounting

  1. Ensure the main power supply is turned off before installation.
  2. Mount the device onto a standard 35mm DIN rail. The device is designed for simple clip-on installation.

2. Wiring

Connect the incoming 3-phase AC power supply to the 'IN' terminals and the load to the 'OUT' terminals. Refer to the wiring diagram below:

Operating Instructions

1. Power On

After completing installation and wiring, turn on the main power supply. The digital display will illuminate, showing the real-time voltage and current for each phase.

2. Setting Parameters

Use the 'SET', 'Up' (▲), and 'Down' (▼) buttons to adjust protection parameters.

  • Press the 'SET' button to enter the parameter setting mode.
  • Use 'Up' (▲) and 'Down' (▼) to navigate through different parameters (e.g., Overvoltage Setting Value, Undervoltage Setting Value, Overcurrent Setting Value, Power Off Time).
  • Press 'SET' again to select a parameter, then use 'Up' (▲) and 'Down' (▼) to adjust its value.
  • Press 'SET' to confirm the new value and move to the next parameter, or wait a few seconds for the device to automatically save and exit the setting mode.

  • Overvoltage Setting Value: AC 390-500V (Adjustable)
  • Undervoltage Setting Value: AC 370V-140V (Adjustable)
  • Power Off Time (Voltage): 5-300 seconds (Adjustable)
  • Power Off Time (Current): 30-300 seconds (Adjustable)
  • Load Current: 1-40A (for this model)

3. Automatic Protection and Reset

When voltage or current exceeds the set limits, the device will automatically cut off power to the load. Once the fault condition returns to normal within the set power-off time, the device will automatically reset and restore power.

Maintenance

  • Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect the device for any signs of physical damage, loose connections, or discoloration.
  • Cleaning: Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
