Setup

1. Powering On the Camera

1. Connect the provided power adapter to the camera's power input port.
2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

2. Mobile App Installation and Account Creation

1. Download the "Truecloud Plus" mobile application from your device's app store (available for Android and iOS).
2. Open the app and create a new user account, or log in if you already have one.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to add your new Trueview camera.

3. Wi-Fi Connection

1. Ensure your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network you intend to use for the camera.
2. Within the Truecloud Plus app, select the option to add a new device and choose your camera model.
3. Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera or entering Wi-Fi credentials.

4. Mounting the Camera

The camera can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your Wi-Fi signal and a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Live View and Remote Monitoring

• Open the Truecloud Plus app on your smartphone.
• Select your camera from the device list to access the live video feed.
• You can view real-time footage from anywhere with an internet connection.

2. Pan-Tilt Control

• On the live view screen in the app, use the directional controls to pan (rotate horizontally up to 360°) and tilt (move vertically) the camera lens.
• This allows you to adjust the viewing area remotely.

3. Two-Way Audio Communication

• Tap the microphone icon in the app's live view interface to speak through the camera's speaker.
• The camera's built-in microphone will capture audio from the camera's vicinity, allowing you to listen.

4. Human Detection and Smart Tracking

• Enable Human Detection in the app's settings to receive alerts only when human figures are detected.
• When Smart Tracking is enabled, the camera will automatically follow detected human movement within its field of view.
• Notifications will be sent to your mobile device upon detection.
