4.2 Initial Pairing / Code Setting

The remote control needs to be programmed with the correct code for your specific air conditioner brand. Refer to the "Manufacturer Code List" provided with your remote for a comprehensive list of codes.

  1. Turn on your air conditioner unit manually.
  2. Find your AC unit's brand in the "Manufacturer Code List". Note down the corresponding 3-digit code(s).
  3. On the remote control, press and hold the "SET" button for approximately 3 seconds until the code number on the display starts flashing.
  4. Use the Temperature Up (▲) or Temperature Down (▼) buttons to enter the 3-digit code for your AC brand.
  5. Point the remote control towards your AC unit and press the "OK" button. The code will stop flashing.
  6. Test the remote by pressing the "ON/OFF" button. If the AC unit responds, the code is correctly set.
  7. If the AC unit does not respond, repeat steps 3-6, trying the next code listed for your brand (if applicable) or trying codes from similar brands.
