Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To clean the keyboard, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and a mild soap solution, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.
2. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing the keyboard for an extended period, ensure it is charged to approximately 50-70% capacity. Recharge every few months to prevent deep discharge.
3. Storage
Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Use the included carrying case for protection during transport and storage.

Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Check if the keyboard is powered on.
- Ensure the volume is turned up.
- If headphones are connected, disconnect them to check speaker output.
- Verify that an external audio source (if connected to MP3 input) is playing and its volume is up. - Keys Not Responding:
- Power cycle the keyboard (turn off, then on again).
- Ensure no foreign objects are lodged between keys. - Charging Issues:
- Confirm the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the power adapter.
- Ensure the power adapter meets the DC 5V 2A specification. Using an incompatible charger may prevent charging or damage the device.
- If the battery has been fully depleted for a long time, it may take a few minutes for the charging indicator to appear. - Wireless Connection Problems:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smart device.
- Restart both the keyboard and your smart device.
- Check for interference from other wireless devices.
