3. Setup and Assembly
The Globber Primo Foldable Scooter comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:

- Adjust Handlebar Height: Press the spring-loaded button on the T-bar stem and slide the handlebar to the desired height. Ensure the button snaps into one of the adjustment holes, securing the T-bar at the chosen height.

4.2 Steering
The Globber Primo Foldable Scooter uses lean-to-steer technology. To turn, lean your body in the desired direction. The wheels will follow your lean.
4.3 Steering Lock Button
The patented steering lock button is designed to assist young children in learning to ride by keeping the front wheels in a fixed forward position. This provides stability and helps them master balance before engaging the lean-to-steer function.
- To Lock Steering: Press the button located on the front of the deck, just above the front wheels. The button will click into place, locking the wheels straight.
- To Unlock Steering: Press the button again to release the lock, allowing the wheels to pivot for steering.

The Globber Primo Foldable Scooter features an assisted 1-second folding mechanism for easy transport and storage.
- Ensure the scooter is stationary and on a flat surface.
- Locate the folding button/lever at the base of the T-bar.
- Press the button/lever and gently push the T-bar forward and down until it folds securely against the deck. You should hear a click indicating it is locked in the folded position.
