Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your PVO projector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image projected | Power issue, incorrect input source, loose cable connection. | Ensure power adapter is securely connected. Select correct input source (HDMI, USB, Wireless). Check HDMI/USB cables. |
| Blurred image | Out of focus, incorrect projection distance. | Adjust the focus ring on the lens. Ensure the projector is at an optimal distance from the screen. |
| No sound | Volume too low, muted, external audio device not connected/paired. | Increase volume on projector and source device. Check mute settings. Ensure Bluetooth speaker/headphones are correctly paired. |
| Wireless mirroring unstable/lagging | Weak WiFi signal, network congestion. | Ensure projector and device are close to the WiFi router. Reduce network traffic. Try connecting to 5Ghz WiFi if available. |
| Cannot play copyrighted content (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) via screen mirroring | HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) restrictions. | This is a limitation due to copyright protection. To watch such content, use a TV stick (e.g., Amazon Fire Stick, Roku) or connect a laptop/PC via HDMI. |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, obstruction, incorrect angle. | Replace batteries (2x AAA). Ensure no obstruction between remote and projector's IR receiver. Point remote directly at the projector. |
