Setup Guide
Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The intelligent LED display on the charging case will illuminate, showing the current battery percentage of the case and the charging status of the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds into their respective charging slots inside the case. They will begin charging automatically.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- Automatic Power On: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on, indicated by a blue light.
- Manual Power On: Press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 3 seconds. A blue indicator light will flash.
- Automatic Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically shut down.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the earbuds are powered on. This happens automatically when removed from the charging case.
- Wait for both earbuds to automatically pair with each other. Once successfully interconnected, the indicator light on the left earbud will flash blue and red alternatively, signifying that it is ready for device pairing.
- On your mobile device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Search for "JS25" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "JS25" to initiate the pairing and connection process. A voice prompt "Connected" will confirm successful pairing.
- After the initial successful connection, your earbuds will automatically connect to the previously paired device when powered on, provided the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.
- If you encounter issues with pairing, place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then repeat the steps from the beginning.

Touch Controls
The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for convenient operation:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Song: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Song: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

Maintenance and Care

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Earbuds not powering on:
- Ensure the earbuds are sufficiently charged. Place them in the charging case for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Try manually powering them on by pressing and holding the touch area for 3 seconds.
- Earbuds not pairing with device:
- Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode (left earbud flashing blue and red).
- On your device, "forget" or "unpair" "JS25" from your Bluetooth device list, then attempt to pair again.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait for 5 seconds, then reopen and try the pairing process again.

- Only one earbud working:
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case. Close the lid and wait for 5-10 seconds.
- Remove both earbuds simultaneously. They should automatically connect to each other and then to your device.
- If the issue persists, ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Poor sound quality or intermittent connection:
- Ensure the earbuds and your connected device are within close proximity (within 10 meters/33 feet) and there are no major obstructions.
- Check the earbud grilles for any wax or debris and clean them gently.
- Ensure the earbuds are fully charged. Low battery can affect connection stability.
- Try restarting your mobile device's Bluetooth or the device itself.
